How to make warm American style pancakes

Place approx. 90 g (three heaped measuring spoons) of powder in a shaker with 1 dl (100 ml) water or milk and shake it well until it is a smooth mixture.

Put a little fat on a pan over medium heat.

Pour the batter onto the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.

The recipe makes 2-3 medium-sized pancakes.
