How to make the best Clear Whey shakes
Just mix the powder in ice-cold water, shake for 15-20 seconds and wait a few minutes while your protein shake turns into a clear, thirst-quenching soft drink.
Clear Whey has a very low fat and lactose content. This makes the product foam when you shake it, so that's why we recommend that you leave the shaker without the lid on for a few minutes before drinking from it. You will get the very best result if you pour water into the shaker before adding the Clear Whey powder. Mix ratio: 30 g (1 scoop or 3 tbsp.) Clear Whey in 250-300 ml of water.
